CURRENT POSITIONS

CLEANER

We are seeking dynamic individuals with a strong attention to detail to join our cleaning team, the position offers flexibility and suits someone who likes to work autonomously and is able to be efficient with their own time management. We provide weekly rosters so you can plan 7 days ahead, many cleans can be completed when it suits you in your own time before a scheduled deadline so essentially very minimal "set" hours, this role fits in with your lifestyle. Generous hourly rate on offer with 20% loading on weekends, option of a full time position on a salary for the right candidate.

 

The role is as follows;

- Cleaning, presenting and detailing holiday homes in preparation for guest arrivals

- Washing and preparing linen for new guest arrivals

- Working through a checklist on your phone to complete cleaning tasks, submit photos of completed work and communicate with the property manager on a day to day basis.

- Cleaning products and equipment are supplies

- Training is provided

- Must have own car, drivers license and smartphone (No ABN required)

- Flexible hours, guaranteed work, 10-40 hours per week depending on what suits.

HOLIDAY HOME MANAGER

We are seeking a holiday home manager to join our vibrant team, the role requires strong attention to detail and suits someone with strong communication and inter-personal skills. The position offers flexibility in working both in the office in a "team" environment but also offers the ability to work from home. We are seeking someone 3-5 days per week, hours can be flexible to an extent and are open to negotiation to fit in with the candidates lifestyle or family commitments. Generous hourly rate on offer, or the option for permanent part time/full time on a salary for the right candidate.

The role is as follows;

- Working closely with the property management team to undertake various administration tasks to plan for guest arrivals.

- Liaising with guests to manage queries, maintenance and feedback.

- Arranging and managing maintenance on holiday homes under management.

- Inspecting homes and ensuring they are presented and prepared for guest arrivals.

- Liaising with cleaners

- Previous experience in a property management role or customer service role is required.

- Must have own car and drivers license.

- Training will be provided.

CLEANING/MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER

We are seeking a cleaning team leader to join our growing team, the role requires strong attention to detail and suits someone with strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team and the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. The position offers flexibility in terms of hours so the role can slot into your lifestyle to an extent and are open to negotiation. We are seeking someone to join the team on a full time basis.

The role is as follows;

- Working closely with property managers and cleaners to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.

- Undertaking basic handyman tasks and general maintenance tasks as required.

- Inspecting homes and ensuring they are presented and prepared for guest arrivals.

- Cleaning and preparation of holiday homes for guest arrivals.

- Providing feedback to cleaners as required.

- Previous experience in a management role is required and basic handyman skills necessary.

- Must have own car and drivers license.
