ASSISTANT HOLIDAY HOME MANAGER

Due to continued growth are seeking a passionate Assistant Property Manager to develop and progress their real estate career. We are seeking a individual with natural communication and customer service skills and strong initiative.

The Role
As the assistant property manager, you will be providing support and assistance to the property management team, the role will include duties such as;

  • Liaising with guests

  • General administration / emails / responding to enquiries and messages.

  • Checking homes to ensure they are presented ready for incoming guests.

  • Arranging maintenance and property improvements as required.

  • Some weekend work / after hours will be required within reason to support the team.

The Person
The ideal person for the role of assistant Property Manager will be eager to learn and passionate about a long-term career in real estate.

  • Previous real estate experience a plus but not necessary.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised.

  • Current drivers license, and own car required.

Remuneration

Based on experience and hours negotiated, expected range around $50,000 per annum + superannuation + mobile phone + laptop + staff benefits

 

 

CASUAL CLEANER

We are seeking dynamic individuals with a strong attention to detail to join our cleaning team, the position offers flexibility and suits someone who likes to work autonomously and is able to be efficient with their own time management. We provide weekly rosters so you can plan 7 days ahead, many cleans can be completed when it suits you in your own time before a scheduled deadline so essentially very minimal "set" hours, this role fits in with your lifestyle. Generous hourly rate on offer with 20% loading on weekends.

The Role

  • Cleaning, presenting and detailing holiday homes in preparation for guest arrivals

  • Washing and preparing linen for new guest arrivals

  • Working through a checklist on your phone to complete cleaning tasks, submit photos of completed work and communicate with the property manager on a day to day basis.

  • Cleaning products and equipment are supplied

  • Training is provided

  • Must have own car, drivers license and smartphone (No ABN required)

  • Flexible hours, guaranteed work, 10-30 hours per week based on season, your availability and preferences.

Remuneration

$30-$38 per hour + superannuation + staff benefits
