It is often the case that property owners offering their home to potential guests are not able to be present to monitor the upkeep and cleaning of their home between guests. Otway Retreats offer a suite of cleaning, linen, gardening and maintenance services tailored specifically for your property and unique requirements. The reason we do not outsource or subcontract these responsibilities is because the presentation and ongoing up keep of the homes we manage is the most important aspect in the success of our business.

We provide home owners exclusive access to our handyman for any odd jobs that may arise, regular or ad-hoc gardening services, window cleaning and more. We undertake comprehensive annual property reports outlining the condition of your home with suggestions on improvements or preventative maintenance that may be required during the course of our management. HANDYMAN

Often there are small repairs needed between guests and our handyman can always assist with these jobs as part of our management obligations.

WINDOW CLEANING

We provide internal and external window cleaning services on a regular or ad-hoc basis for properties under our management.

GUTTER CLEANING

We can provide regular or ad-hoc gutter cleaning services to properties under our management.

ANNUAL PROPERTY REPORTS
