We network with relocation agents and a database of prospective tenants, we work hard to source the right tenant for your property in a timely manner. In many cases, we can lease your property off-market. Otway Retreats prepare all in-going tenancy documentation on your behalf and carry out thorough condition reports with extensive photographs. Our staff are required to remain up to date with the latest training, legislative requirements and industry trends. We utilise the latest cutting edge technology and software allowing you to have access to up to date property information and financials at all times.

INSPECTIONS
Open for inspections or private inspections for potential tenants. We do not hand out keys and will always be there to personally show clients your home.
TENANT VETTING
Thorough tenancy application forms, reference checking and national tenancy database checks are part of our vetting process to secure the right tenant.
DOCUMENTATION
Arrangement of residential tenancy agreements and lodgement of the bond. We arrange all ingoing tenancy documentation as per legislative requirements.
CONDITION REPORTS
Thorough condition reports accompanied by extensive photographs is undertaken at the tenancy commencement and is used to compare the condition when the tenant vacates.
ROUTINE INSPECTIONS
Regular routine inspections are completed as often as possible, we invite you to attend and provide you with a full written report accompanied by photographs.
