Once you have booked with us, you will receive an email with all of the confirmations, and we will debit your card for the full amount within 48 hours.

HOTEL QUALITY LINEN
Professional hotel quality linen washed and laundered commercially to ensure the highest of standards. Beds are all made (except bunks) ready for your arrival.
WHAT TO PACK
We provide basic amenities such as cleaning products, toilet paper, tea, coffee, salt, pepper and oil, as well as luxury aspar body wash and hand soap for the bathrooms.

Our homes are all professionally cleaned prior to arrival and we use eco and environmentally friendly low tox products within the home where possible.

You will receive a digital link to an online guest guide outlining all the information about the home, as well as some handy local tips. Its a good idea to read this before you arrive.
HASSLE FREE CHECK IN
We offer self check in via key lock box if you plan to arrive late, its always nice if you let us know when to expect you as if it is outside of business hours, we can plan to be available if needed.
