Once you’re on-board with Otway Retreats, we guide you through the process of getting your home "guest ready"offering advice and information on styling your home, setting up your home with the items required for guests to have a comfortable stay, getting to know your home, setting house rules and making sure that you have adequate protection in place in the way of holiday rental & public liability insurance. We then take your home to the market via various booking platforms, database of regular international & local guests, travel agents and tour operators.
Once you are up and running with bookings, we work to closely monitor all aspects of the performance of your home to ensure optimum income and care. We have the in-house resources and expertise to manage the day to day management, risk minimisation, legislative requirements, accounting, maintenance & repairs, gardening, linen and cleaning.

Professional photography, high quality copywriting and price optimisation. Your home is listed on multiple holiday accommodation websites.
GUEST GUIDE CREATION
We arrange a high quality guest guide which details the home instructions, guidelines and provides a local guide for things to do for your guests.
HOTEL QUALITY LINEN
Professional hotel quality linen washed and laundered commercially to ensure the highest of standards. Beds are always made for guests on arrival (excluding bunks)
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Professional trust accounting software and weekly payments of any booking income received. Weekly statements and detailed EOFY reporting.

Prompt replies to all guest communications, 24/7 concierge service and availability to assist guests. We want every guest to have a great experience.

Cleaners use a custom app based checklist tailored to your home which tracks time taken and generates a report with detailed photos for added protection.

Strict screening of all guests using verification checks. We always take a security deposit and personally check your home after each guest has departed.

We use both specialised technology, local knowledge and close monitoring to set the perfect price to ensure occupancy rates are maximised at all times.

We have an in house maintenance team who are available to act on any repairs that may arise. We also provide you with an annual property maintenance report.
