Once you’re on-board with Otway Retreats, we guide you through the process of getting your home "guest ready" - offering advice and information on styling your home, setting up your home with the items required for guests to have a comfortable stay, getting to know your home, setting house rules and making sure that you have adequate protection in place in the way of holiday rental & public liability insurance.  We then take your home to the market via various booking platforms, database of regular international & local guests, travel agents and tour operators. 

Once you are up and running with bookings, we work to closely monitor all aspects of the performance of your home to ensure optimum income and care. We have the in-house resources and expertise to manage the day to day management, risk minimisation, legislative requirements, accounting, maintenance & repairs, gardening, linen and cleaning.

    Strict screening of all guests using verification checks. We always take a security deposit and personally check your home after each guest has departed.
