Please complete a few details to help us plan the arrangements in advance of your stay. It should only take a few moments.

Due to covid-19 we are required to take details about where you are travelling from, kindly enter your residential address including suburb and postcode below.

Do you require the hire of linen during your stay? Please indicate below - we will then get in touch to confirm the costs and finalise this with you prior to arrival. Linen hire starts at $20 per person. Please take note in your confirmation emails if the property you have booked includes linen - it will have stated this clearly in the advertisement and in the confirmation emails - if you are unsure please email us to check at hello@otwayretreats.com.au

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am as standard - if there is no one leaving the morning you are due to arrive, we will offer early check in where possible (assuming the property is clean and ready) - you will need to contact us the morning of your planned arrival and we can check this for you. The same process goes with late check outs, if no one is coming in the afternoon of your scheduled departure, we are happy to accommodate late check outs, you will need to contact us the day prior to your scheduled departure to confirm if this is possible. If you wish to secure early check in or late check out prior to your trip commencement, you can pay an additional cost to lock this option in as outlined below;

We acknowledge that we have read the cancellation policy at the time of booking the property (if you booked via airbnb, booking.com etc policies will be attached to your booking and would have been visible when you confirmed payment), if you have booked directly with us, it is important that you read and understand our current policies around covid-19 and cancellations should we be placed into snap lockdowns. https://www.otwayretreats.com.au/booking-terms

I/we confirm that we will adhere to policies and any government imposed restrictions whilst travelling to and staying at our booked accommodation.

In line with Victorian government requirements as a result of Covid-19, we are required to check the identity and confirm the address of guests. We must sight a photo ID (license or proof of age card) containing a place of residence prior to check-in. You can also email this if easier to hello@otwayretreats.com.au

Please upload your ID using the secure upload link below, it should be an image file so a photo of you holding your license is acceptable so we can verify you are the same person, otherwise a certified copy of your ID can be uploaded.
