Please complete a few details to help us plan the arrangements in advance of your stay. It should only take a few moments. The home you have booked includes a full linen package with everything you need on arrival, the only thing you will need to bring is beach towels if you plan a swim at the beach.
We will email you self check in details the morning of your arrival as of 9am the day of your check in, it will be sent through the messaging service of the platform you have booked on (or email if direct). Check in is via a key lock box at the front door.
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am as standard - if there is no one leaving the morning you are due to arrive, we will offer early check in where possible (assuming the property is clean and ready) - you will need to contact us the morning of your planned arrival and we can check this for you. The same process goes with late check outs, if no one is coming in the afternoon of your scheduled departure, we are happy to accommodate late check outs, you will need to contact us the day prior to your scheduled departure to confirm if this is possible. If you wish to secure early check in or late check out prior to your trip commencement, you can pay an additional cost to lock this option in as outlined below;
We acknowledge that we have read the cancellation policy at the time of booking the property (if you booked via airbnb, booking.com etc policies will be attached to your booking and would have been visible when you confirmed payment), if you have booked directly with us, it is important that you read and understand our current policies around covid-19 and cancellations should we be placed into snap lockdowns. https://www.otwayretreats.com.au/booking-terms

I/we confirm that we will adhere to policies and any government imposed restrictions whilst travelling to and staying at our booked accommodation.

As part of our policy, we need to check the identity and confirm the address of guests. We must sight a photo ID (license or proof of age card) containing a place of residence prior to check-in. You can also email this if easier to hello@otwayretreats.com.au

Please upload your ID using the secure upload link below, it should be an image file so a photo of you holding your license is acceptable so we can verify you are the same person, otherwise a certified copy of your ID can be uploaded.
