Please fill out this form to request any type of leave (annual, sick/carer's, TOIL/time in lieu, or other unpaid leave). Refer to your employment contract or the Leave Policy in the Staff Hub for your entitlements (e.g., full-time/part-time staff accrue annual leave; casuals are generally unpaid for most leave types). Once submitted, we'll review it based on business needs—especially during peak summer periods—and get back to you quickly.
