Mikhala McCann

Commencing her career in 2005, Mikhala has worked as a senior manager for high end real estate agencies specialising in Marketing, Property Management, Corporate and Executive short term leasing in the CBD and Holiday rentals along the Mornington Peninsula before finding a long term base in Apollo Bay and opening Otway Retreats in 2016 whilst starting her family. Mikhala has extensive experience in all things property management related. Mikhala has an in depth understanding of domestic and international travel markets and has cultivated strong relationships with many executives and tourism experts to help boost the popularity of the region to her network of clients. One of the things that makes Mikhala stand out is her ability to offer personal service to her clients and offering assurance that things are in the most capable of hands.

Mikhala also runs Icaro Wholefood Cafe a local and successful hospitality business based in Apollo Bay and is the director of Temple Door which focuses on Western herbal medicine and general wellbeing. Mikhala is full of energy and is passionate about all she is involved in and strives to ensure that the values of connection, community and happiness are all conveyed in her business dealings, and in her role within the local community. Mikhala volunteers for many local organisations including Landcare and the Chamber of Commerce and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Otway Retreats.

Mikhala loves her children, her family and she also loves this ‘beautiful paradise’ that is her Apollo Bay home. Mikhala McCann has always demonstrated the Otway Retreats qualities of principled actions and working hard for people, her family and the community.
