With an eye for detail, a love for creativity and her outstanding communication skills, Talisha is an integral member of the Otway Retreats team. Talisha has extensive experience working in management positions dealing with day-to-day organisational requirements and operations. Talisha brings with her a wealth of experience to her position and is responsible for the day to day operations within the organisation and manages procedures, accounts and legislative requirements.

Talisha is the backbone of our company and keeps everything and everyone in check to ensure things run smoothly and the positive experiences we endeavour to cultivate are always achieved for our clients.

Talisha enjoys spending time with her son Jensen, and runs a very successful and popular dance school offering hip-hop and ballet classes to the local community. Talisha is well loved and respected and always brings a smile and a relaxed demeanour into the office.
